Pre-Deployment Requirements
- Network requirements verified (internet, ports, DNS)
- System requirements confirmed (OS, RAM, storage, display)
- Account requirements prepared (corporate email, admin access)
- Hardware prepared (device credentials, network information)
First-Time Login & Access
- Registration completed
- Email verification successful
- Password created according to policy
- Initial login successful
Organization & Hierarchy Setup
- Organization details configured
- Customer created
- Site created
- Platform hierarchy validated (Tenant → Customer → Site)
User Management Setup
- Default roles reviewed
- Required roles created or modified
- Module privileges configured at role level
- Entity access assigned (Customer / Site / Device as needed)
- Users invited and assigned correct roles
Final Validation
- User access confirmed
- Organizational structure verified
- Device and alarm functionality validated
- Dashboard displays accurate data
- No critical errors remain
