Quick Start Checklist

This checklist summarizes the complete Getting Started process. Follow each step in sequence to ensure a successful GCXONE deployment.

Pre-Deployment Requirements

  • Network requirements verified (internet, ports, DNS)
  • System requirements confirmed (OS, RAM, storage, display)
  • Account requirements prepared (corporate email, admin access)
  • Hardware prepared (device credentials, network information)

First-Time Login & Access

  • Registration completed
  • Email verification successful
  • Password created according to policy
  • Initial login successful

Organization & Hierarchy Setup

  • Organization details configured
  • Customer created
  • Site created
  • Platform hierarchy validated (Tenant → Customer → Site)

User Management Setup

  • Default roles reviewed
  • Required roles created or modified
  • Module privileges configured at role level
  • Entity access assigned (Customer / Site / Device as needed)
  • Users invited and assigned correct roles

Final Validation

  • User access confirmed
  • Organizational structure verified
  • Device and alarm functionality validated
  • Dashboard displays accurate data
  • No critical errors remain
